Kicking off the second half of 2024, France-based Saur Group moved on two more strategic acquisitions, further solidifying its global presence in Europe and Asia. On 4 July 2024, its subsidiary Nijhuis Saur Industries (NSI) revealed the acquisition of IWE Malaysia. This move, expected to be finalized by Q4 2024, establishes a new foothold in the Asia-Pacific region, granting NSI access to the Food & Beverage, Paper & Pulp, and Energy sectors.
