Pat Byrne is an analyst focusing on emerging technologies and contaminants as well as state and federal policy. Pat’s work prior to Bluefield includes research into hydroclimatic extremes, the water-energy nexus, and industrial wastewater resource recovery.
Pat was raised in Milwaukee, WI on the shores of Lake Michigan. He received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.S. in Environmental Management from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
